THE ARUBAN RESORT & CASINO
Aruba
Dear Timeshare Owners,
During the last five weeks Royal Resorts staff has been working daily with your fellow timeshare owner Mr. John Cole in efforts to reopen your resort. Royal Resorts has been working in Aruba and the Caribbean for thirteen years and I personally know many of the players involved in this challenging situation. I assure you that if it were not for the tireless efforts of Mr. Cole and the timeshare owners we would be nowhere near as far along in this process. It appears you all may be legally granted the right to reopen the resort on an interim basis until the bankruptcy sale is finalized. We hope to reach an agreement with the Bond Holders and Bankruptcy Trustees Wednesday, otherwise we go back to court and ask the Judge to rule on The Aruban Resort Timeshare owners previously filed request.
Royal Resorts is a 32-year old timeshare resort developer and management company. Royal operates 10 resorts with 6 in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, Mexico and also in the Caribbean islands of Aruba, Curacao, and St. Maarten. You may see more about the company at www.royalresorts.com and www.tug2.net (top rated resorts of the world).
Royal Resorts has led other timeshare owners and resorts through the bankruptcy process and we are committed to assist you. I am confident in my comment that if the timeshare owners decide to purchase the resort yourselves you will all be in the best possible long-term position. Once you own your resort, like Costa Linda in Aruba, no corporation can dictate your fees or policies.
I encourage every owner to attend the Extraordinary Meeting on February 22, 2010 or at a minimum participate by Proxy and make your vote count. The Aruban is a beautiful resort and working as a team we can achieve great results to insure a lifetime of vacations for you and your family.
I look forward to meeting each of you in sunny Aruba!
