Dear Aruban Resort Members,
We have provided a secure email, and toll free number from the USA and Canada where you may submit your credit card payment by Visa or Master Card only. As this is Carnival weekend in Aruba, Raysa de Cuba will process all of these payments next Tuesday February 16, 2010. Members in Aruba or in other countries may use the direct secure fax number provided as well.
This will assure that all payments will be processed in time for you to submit your proxies as well to participate in the upcoming General Meeting to be held on February 22, 2010. It is very important that you all participate with your right to vote. Because of the bankruptcy, KL shares are now invalid. That means in order to reach the quorum 50% of the existing 4800 shares must participate in the voting. If the quorum is not achieved February 22, 2010, the meeting will occur March 8, 2010.
I urge you will take advantage of this temporary secure number until the office is established at the Aruban. Royal Resorts is now officially our management company and will process payments through their system if our credit card processing merchant account is not yet active.
Raysa will also have the ability to process your receipt and email you a copy. In addition all of you who paid by wire transfer will be processed next week as well and receipts will be emailed to you.
As soon as her office is established at the Aruban, these fax numbers will change but the email address will remain the same. Thank you for your support!
