On behalf of your new Board of Directors, we are pleased and proud to announce that on February 26, 2010 the resort officially reopened. The Board acquired the professional service of Royal Resorts Management Company, which together with our dedicated staff has been working tirelessly to ready the resort, villas, and amenities for your use.
For owners of interval 50, 2009 – interval 10, 2010 who were unable to use their week due to the closure, management and the Board have put forth the following options.
- An Internal Exchange may be done using the regular forms and paying the fee.
- An External Exchange may be done via Interval International (normal I.I. exchange fee applies).
NOTE: Interval International is accepting deposits of our units, and all Aruban Resort owners are now entitled to a “two-year II membership for the normal price of one-year.”
During the March 8, 2010 Extraordinary Meeting of Members held at La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club, it was agreed that a new maintenance fee billing will be produced reflecting a new return address and extended due date. Enclosed please find your 2010 Maintenance Fee billing statement reflecting the status of your account together with a credit card authorization form. Updates on the Assessment payments will soon be sent.
We kindly request you submit the maintenance fee payment before April 30, 2010 and avoid late fees. The invoice may be paid via the Credit Card Authorization form or by mailing your check to the address listed on the billing statement. We must verify and recreate all owner accounts so if you have already paid your 2010 maintenance fee, please be send proof of payment and accept our apology for the inconvenience.
Owners that paid the maintenance fee by credit card and subsequently have filed a payment dispute with your bank, please resubmit your payment by using the enclosed credit card authorization form.
